2 hour classes integrating mindful flow yoga with partner work

Yoganu is a busy, diverse, friendly and ever-expanding community of men. We offer men’s naked yoga classes to suit active beginners through to more experienced yogis. Our main class is every Wednesday evening 7-9pm at 19 Greek Street, in Soho. Please arrive 15 minutes early for each session to allow time for orientation.

Before attending your first naked yoga class, please make sure you fill out the registration form here – Registration. Please note that uploading a picture might not be possible from your mobile device but you can always email your answers and picture directly to info@yoganu.co.uk.
You will then receive a confirmation email with our recommendations for the best way forwards for you. Registration is a requirement for attending class.

1:1s are also an excellent way of laying solid foundations if you’re new to yoga, or going deeper in your current practice. For more information on 1:1s please email Andy in London and Brighton or Richard in Birmingham.

Naked Yoga Classes

Wednesdays: 7pm – 9pm

A yoga class for active beginners through to experienced yogis.

2 hours exploring the different aspects of tantra yoga. There will be a focus on deepening your awareness of the physical body and how it moves through yoga postures (asana).  The class will also include energetic inquiry through partner yoga, breathing practices (pranayama), connection exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation.

Single classes are now £20 and a reduced rate is available if you are able to assist in the setting up of class. Details in the link below. Please note, you must pay in advance:


N.B. Please arrive 15 minutes early for each session to allow time for orientation and registration.  Each of the sessions will start on time.

Please bring a Yoga Mat, a Towel and some Drinking Water. (Some spare mats are available).
