Thai Yoga Massage
Massage is a skill, an art, and a science. On a physical level it is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, muscles, tendons and ligaments. But it is so much more than this. On an emotional level, massage can touch you at your very core, helping you to experience deep feelings. On a spiritual level it gives you the experience of remembering who you really are, helping you to connect with your own body.

Each treatment is tailored to your personal needs. Richard uses a combination of ayurvedic, thai, restorative yoga postures and traditional swedish techniques to release toxins, tensions, and emotions trapped in the body. During each session his hands become more seeing than his eyes.

Shiatsu and Naked Massage*
Shiatsu is therapeutic bodywork that uses stretches, joint mobilisation, acupressure and holding to bring the body into a state of deep relaxation, supporting and balancing vital lifeforce energy. Andy helps clients release tension and pain and brings about more flexibility, movement and space. Shiatsu can help a person go on to find more freedom and space in other aspects of their life and move them towards full health. Shiatsu is typically received through clothing so wear something loose and comfortable. Andy sometimes uses oil to assist the treatment so you are also welcome to be naked.

Private Yoga sessions or Yoga Therapy
In addition to massage treatments we also provide 1:1 or couple/partner yoga sessions and meditation. Many men prefer to book a private session to get a head start before ‘graduating’ to the group class. Or sometimes a class situation is not appropriate and a 1:1 session gives the opportunity for you to work with a teacher specifically for your needs. This could be for a particular area of your body that you may have been experiencing problems or pain, or even for a particular yoga pose you just can’t seem to get the hang of!

Yoga and massage/shiatsu combination sessions
Why not give yourself the double treat of a yoga session and massage/shiatsu rolled into one? The yoga can be restorative or dynamic depending on your needs and objectives but what better way of completing a yoga session than with a nourishing and relaxing body treatment.

Andy is available for private shiatsu, massage, 1:1 or couple’s yoga and meditation on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and some weekends. Andy also works with couples who are looking to learn some massage and bodywork techniques to share and enjoy together.

For individuals:
£95 per 1.5 hour session
£130 per 2 hour session

For couples:
£155 per 1.5 hour session
£180 per 2 hour session
